"I mentioned to you previously that I was very impressed with the painstaking approach he had to preparation for re-fixing my crown when I found myself seeing him at short notice before going on holiday last year. I am impressed with his fastidiousness and time he spent on preparation, using elaborate methods which I had not seen before, and care with which he made sure the bridge was very firmly placed and the adhesive cured.
